Meet the Founder/CEO
H.L. Bales
As a former Law Enforcement Officer, Hudson Bales spent nearly two decades investigating crimes, mitigating critical situations, locating people and gaining invaluable experience investigating criminal cases.
During that time, he was a Line Supervisor, enforced law and regulations, directed and conducted criminal investigations, trained employees in proper work procedures, handled interpersonal affairs, created, and maintain operational records and procedures, most importantly served his community with diligence and integrity.
Hudson is a SWAT Operator, Precision Marksman (Sniper), Terrorism Liaison Officer, Defensive Tactics Instructor, Department Use of Force Expert, Tactics Instructor, Firearms Instructor, and a CPR/First Aid Instructor.
